Masking and distancing was not amenable to having a real Conversation about what was needed on the car. My husband was not comfortable talking to someone with a buff on instead of a real mask as they do not really work. The tech spent the whole day working on a problem he was unable to fix which was a leak through the roof rail drainage system into the driver foot well. And when my husband picked up the car the car was still filled with water in the foot well. And we spent the last 24 hours trying to dry out the foot well of the car so that it doesn’t develop mildew like I did last time with this problem. The problem has not been fixed.
Very good service. I chose to buy my tires at Andrews as opposed to Goodyear where I have bought them in the past because Andrews is locally owned and because I’ve had such good luck with the Andrew service department in the past

Every time I have oleo changes my car is always dirty inside with grease, I already told the guys but they don't care, grease all over the place.
