I went in to the dealership for a service check because my check engine light was on and my aux cable wasn’t working properly...after dropping my truck off less then an hour I get a call saying what the problem was and I would need 3 things done correct the problem - 1 was optional (a cleaning had to be performed for $200 if I didn’t get that done my oil would soon clog up and I would possible need the service down again or a engine repair) the 2 that needed to be done was solenoid valves had to be replaced and an oil changed - I was told my oil was dirty because (I so many words) I don’t get my oil changed when I suppose to (I assure you I keep up with my oil changes) from that moment on I figured whatever he would say would be a lie! All this would cost me alittle over $600 (yikes) but I needed this done and I didn’t want to have a repeat so I went told him to complete the job - on to my aux cord - i was there was no problem with it because the tech plugged his phone up and it works perfectly - I told them I have an iPhone (not sure if that was the cause) and the tech had an android (I guess no one else had an iPhone to test out).
When I picked up my truck I was motioned to go the service desk where I found my bill was $4 short of $700 not $600 as I was told earlier - $400 for labor alone...$4 misc?... and $36 in tax and 5min after riding in my car the aux was still malfunctioning... I think not only is this price gouging but being taken advantage of!
When I got the car it was suppose to be a good time it was not. Then 2 weeks after the car had problems and it was a bad time. the person that made things happen was a guy name leon. He was really nice and got the problem solved

They finished the work on my car sat my car on the outside for at least 30 minutes or more and never told me it was ready when l asked about it then they sent me a text and said it was ready so l didn’t appreciate that

I was not satisfied with having to come back more than once because I was constantly told that nobody knows what was wrong with my car and I paid for a part to be replaced on my car that I did not need.

Didn’t do a lighting check tail light was out the frost thing u do when you pull a vehicle in I had to replace my taillights myself unsatisfied
