I found service to be absolute top notch, really good... until I reached the payment counter. The lady that served me hardly paid any attention to me while I paid. Barely looked at me, no smile.. and spent the whole time talking to coworker. At the end of payment, I made sure to say “Thanks you, have a great day” .. still no acknowledgement or even a reply “you too”! It’s a shame that was my lasting impression.

I had a part replaced in March of this year. The part was under warranty till March of next year. It burned out and had to be replaced in August. They say that part is only warranted till March . Why?? It should also be good for a year if it’s new.

When I arrived at 4:30pm this evening there I presented for an oil change. I was rudely ignored at the service counter while employees continued their leisurely conversation amongst themselves. There was 2 other vehicles being serviced which it did not appear to be very busy. I felt very rude myself having to ask someone to assist me or if my vehicle could even be serviced. I was sure they were open until 6pm but unsure if I could still get my vehicle serviced. The man proceeded to tell me that he could “probably do an oil change” making me feel uncomfortable not knowing if I should stay or not. I have never been treated so rude or unprofessional at this location before. Do not feel comfortable returning as it was almost as if I was a “****” coming in for service.
I expected to have a car wash with my service today.
Can’t wait for the survey.

When I made the appointment, I mentioned front passenger tire had a slow leak some where. That was not taken off, and the senser was still going off inside the vehicle, obviously was not looked at.. i also got the vehicle about 4 months ago, I don't know understand why I had to pay for oil change a tire Rotation and filter change, I believe that was Supposed to come with covered maintenance..
No buddy also asked about any of the work that needed to be done, or talked to me about the work that was done..

The same problem I brought my car in for still exists. So I'm unsure of what I paid for. I also wasn't given the complimentary car wash or asked if I wanted my oil changed(since the service light is on). Now I have to bring my car in AGAIN for the service that was supposedly done already

Taking a car to be serviced in many ways mimics taking a loved one to the hospital. And as a result and for similar reasons, it can be a very stressful experience because of the fear of a potentially undesirable outcome. But at Andrews, and Sergey in particular, you know he has your back through every stage of service process. He and Andrew Chevrolet worked diligently to achieve a positive outcome for both me and my vehicle. I know they care about how I feel and because of it have they said rned my trust and continued business each and every time.
