I’ve been told 3 times for 3 different reasons I’d receive a call back. Not one time has that happened. Your team truly does not seem to care about your customers or service. I’m trading in my Audi for a new car this weekend and it will not be at your dealership now or ever.

Advisor was very good. It’s a minor complaint but I don’t understand why they could not tell me in advance that you had the weather stripping in stock needed to fix my A5. I was originally told I needed to make two trips. Instead I stuck around since you did have it in stock, which by the way was great but then I would’ve been prepared to stick around and wait. Otherwise everything was great.

I asked for one thing. Because of a bad shoulder, I can’t get the inside of the front window clean. Asked to have it done. Want doneAnd I didn’t know until I drove home last night with the glare from the windshield blinding me so that it was very difficult to see you especially at night
