Feedback was impressive. Robert kept in touch and I felt comfortable with the turn around time. This was my 1st experience with your service department and I was impressed.
The only thing that needs changing is the 3 week wait if I wanted a loaner. More vehicles need to be available for this service.

Robert service is great. Unfortunately I feel that I have maintained my A6 in the best possible way always taking it to Audi Dealer. But, I don’t understand why the failures are detected days after the services are completed, I have not a clue about the suspension failures even I have taken the car not even a month ago. Thanks

I had scheduled an oil change and I have driven 37k miles. After collecting my car, I noticed that the 50k service had been done. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to do this and now what do I do? Do I still need the 50k service? Is it now out of pocket because I had this one done early? Not entirely happy
