You deliver my car back with a missing panel from the car. I don’t understand your quality control. This is the second incident with faulty workmanship.
Communication with the service team has been excruciatingly bad.
I think my car was forgotten. I had a 9 am appt & dropped the car off the night before. I think it should have been ready before 5:30 PM. I don't believe it took that long to download a program.
Daniel was informative and great to work with! Vehicle was fixed and delivered spotless back to me.
Communication was poor during the time my vehicle was being repaired. I was told multiple times that my vehicle would be ready the next day, only to have to call and be told the same thing days, even weeks, later.
I'd love to bring my car back in for additional work and recommended maintenance, but the lack of communication and clear updates are worrisome.
I was told for over a week that it would be ready the next day continuously. I’d rather here that it is going to take some time instead of making plans to pick up my vehicle and it not being done. Also, I’m not completely satisfied with the buff job in the car. It was quite expensive and a lot of the scratches were fixed but there is still noticeable ones that I thought would be repaired.
