I needed the a/c fixed on my Tahoe. They fixed it a timely fashion and it work fine now. I don’t have the knowledge to do it myself, so I am glad to have a dealer I trust.

We were traveling from Arizona to Wisconsin when our vehicle quit while getting fuel. Our battery had died and they immediately got us in to replace with new one. We were back on our way in no time. Great service and super nice people!

I waited in your lobby for more than 2 hours thinking I was getting my vehicle fixed. I was told the problem was an hvac electrical issue and the problem was never fixed. I was told to fix the problem it would cost $755 I took my vehicle to Karl Chevrolet two days later. In 75 minutes they not only diagnosed the problem, they also fixed it. They told me the problem was related to the thermometer. How does it take your service crew more than two hours JUST to misdiagnose the problem with my vehicle?
