They picked my van up in the morning. I got off work and it wasn't back. I had to call two different phone numbers to get someone to answer. Finally got ahold of someone and told them I'm off work and don't have my vehicle. The lady states that their drivers had been busy delivering cars to Hampton and just assumed I got off work at 5. Wouldn't it have been easy to drop my car off- the quarter-mile it is from Dale Howard before going to Hampton than to guess when I got off work? Also, curious why my bill was $20 more than usual for a simple oil change. $55 for an oil change in a minivan seems excessive.

Dave did a great job trying to figure out the vibration noise y car was making. Attempted to fix, but has made no difference. Vibration noise remains the same. Have scheduled another appoitment. Could make me completely satisfied when vibration noise is gone.

Dave Cellan’s service was very good. However, I continue to be disappointed that the technicians cannot improve the operation of the lane alert feature on this auto. To be blunt, it is basically nonfunctional. If this feature was important to someone, they certainly should NOT buy an Equinox.
