When I arrived at Dale Howard Sergio met me at the door, he said the repair work should take approximately two hours. He stopped by the customer waiting area to keep me informed of the progress and a short time after, he returned again to let me know my Jeep was ready to go…Always a great experience at Dale Howard.

Service department didn’t contact me when it was going to be done. They had the truck from Thursday to Monday. I had to call on Monday to check to see when it was going to be done. Also he had no knowledge of my extended warranty when I asked if the work was covered. I understand that Garrett is new and needs to ask for help if he doesn’t know Thanks
