The service itself was fine. What irritates me is the fact that I made the appointments several days in advance for a known issue & recall. But they waited until the trucks were there before even ordering the part. If this was a diagnostic situation I can understand. However it was not. Known part was needed per the recall. Parts should have been ordered the day I made the appointments. And then fixed the day of the appointments and finished.

Lube and oil filter are pretty basic auto services but still require still being careful. Once in my many years doing business with Dale Howard Automotive someone failed to tighten the lug nut on my oil pan and I left an oil trail from Iowa Falls to Alden. I saw the oil trail on my garage floor when I got home and immediately called the service department and they came over immediately and resolved the issue. So even oil changes require care and checks.

Dave is always professional and courteous. I appreciate him as a service advisor and know I can trust him to provide me with information regarding my vehicle when it needs to visit the dealership for routine maintenance or to resolve an issue.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Dale Howard and serviced them there as well. I always felt confident that my vehicles were well taken care of which is important to me. Unfortunately I feel that $78.98 is a bit high for an oil change. My back right tire was 6 psi lower than my other tires when I took it in, and was the same after it was serviced. I will be looking for a reliable, more affordable place to service my vehicles in the future unfortunately.

My new tire appointment was faster than i expected! Dave always keeps me posted about the progress. Also Josh my car salesman always stops by to make sure I am being taken care of! The waiting room and bathroom is always clean. Thanks for drinks and snacks!
