It was a long three week challenge through warranty issues but service worked through and made it right for the customer which we appreciate!
I brought our family vehicle in due to a issue with the high beam head lights not turning off. (1st problem )The service rep after confirming what services were going to done , then he preceded to ask me to replace a fuse that I removed in order to disengage the high beams in order safely get the vehicle in for Service. Something I believe the tech could have completed. Secondly, When I was contacted about what issues that they had found, I was basically given a overall quote price rather than itemized quote with each separate issue. I had to ask what the different issues were and cost. Once I gave the approval to begin repair on certain issues, I asked for final cost and I was basically told the cashier will tell you that when you pick up the vehicle. Now I haven’t had to have my vehicle service since my last oil change at this location, but I usually work with John. I have never experienced this type of customer service in the 12+ years that I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this location. The service that I received was unacceptable. I didn’t feel like I was a paying customer. The communication was blunt and it felt rushed. In the past, the previous customer service reps always made me feel valued and always had a great attitude. They also were very thorough and informative. In closing, now I am concerned about bringing my vehicles back to this location. Keeping in mind that I still have to come back to get a part installed that’s on order for my vehicle.
No one reset my oil status. My Ford app shows it wasn’t adjusted.
Did not get my truck fixed the first time. Was put off by Curtis. Never heard back from him.

The gentleman provided excellent service. I was very disappointed I was not able to use my points for the oil change because your system was down. When I made the appointment I explained I wanted to use my points. Other than that, the service was excellent.
