Was quoted outrageous prices for repair. There has to be a better solution than what was offered.
Nice experience with first time service on this new vehicle. Travis made the appointment at a time convenient for me and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Also spoke with Service Manager Tim Rohr and always appreciate his counsel.
The estimated time for repairs was to be 1.5 to 2 days. It took a full 7 days and no update was provided
Was parked at the service entrance and the employee that drives a truck with rims and hydraulics yelled out the window that I was dumb because he had to drive around me I'm a veteran a simple you shouldn't park there would of sufficed

Just moved here do first time using your service department, so looked for attention to detail to determine if you will be my service department in the future. Two small things that I noticed right away:
1. After I paid and went to my truck I had to go back in and find who had my keys. Only took a couple extra minutes but...
2. Part of the service was to top off DEF but it is just over 3/4 full. Again not a big thing but an indicator of a lack of attention to detail.
My hope is that I don’t find any additional issues.
Tim went above and beyond to gain my trust with Bob Thomas Ford West. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be back.

I had purchased new tires for my 2016 Mustang and when I picked it up tonight I noticed that the rims were filthy with some kind of lube. I will clean them tomorrow to make sure they weren't all scratched, I'm disappointed that you would not clean up after installation. Also I dropped it off Wed night and when I looked today it seemed as my white car went through a mud storm. I have always been happy with the service but this time I am very unhappy. For what I paid for the services, my vehicle could have been cleaned up a bit!
