Spent almost $700 had to take the car and a total of three times and the check engine light is still on. They tell me it’s because it needs an oil change. I just change the oil.I am not happy. I bought two vehicles from you in the last 10 years and I’m not sure that I will ever be back.
The service team is always helpful and friendly. The shuttle service is a nice perk too!

The service was quickly and on time. I had one request that was done without question.I have had Ford’s since 1968 and will continue.
I went to get my ford pass to work and get a hard reset on my vehicle. When I left my ford pass is still not working.
Scheduled an oil change for 8 a.m. got me in at 8 took till 9:55 to get it done. Shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change

Took 1hr 40 minutes for oil change and tire rotation (from bringing in car to paying for service)
When I asked why it was some much longer than usual (1hr) I was told he was working on 3 cars at once
