Excellent service

I can’t seem to get a straight answer as to when my vehicle might be serviced. First I’m told that they are taking no appointments. Second I’m told that this wasn’t true but that they could get me in mid-December. Then I’m told to bring my vehicle in and they likely could get to it in a few days. Note that these last 2 were both the service manager and told to me within minutes of each other. I then bring my vehicle in, which was not an easy task. Spoke briefly with the service manager when I did so. Was called the following morning and told to come get my vehicle because they couldn’t get to it until January. So now, after purchasing this $50k+ vehicle from Bob Thomas, mind you, my 7th vehicle, 5th in less than 2 years, I’m stuck with a vehicle I cannot drive and am simply told, “you shouldn’t drive this in the winter anyway”. If that were true then it probably shouldn’t come with heat, heated seats, and a heated steering wheel… but maybe that’s for really cold people. I will now simply take my business elsewhere. Bob Thomas is not the only Ford dealer in the area. There are several others. Being the largest, and using that as the excuse for poor customer service does not satisfy me, and likely doesn’t satisfy many others.
