I still don't understand the explanation from Travis why the caliper and part of the repair was not warrentied when it was replaced in December 2022 and May 2022 under warranty.
Tom did a great job for me today.
I brought my f150 in after getting the “wrench” check manual warning after a tube car wash. He told me that the warning does not leave an electronic trail but they fixed the throttle body that could have been the cause. Since they could not replicate the wrench warning he told me to bring it in if the throttle body fix was not the issue. Thursday 11/16 I ran the truck thru the tube and got the warning again. I drove straight to Bob Thomas for a check and my guy was too busy to take a look. Another service guy(I think Darren) heard the conversation and told me to come with him. He and a tech ran the error and he took a picture of the warning for my service guy. When he gave my guy the picture we sat an appointment for 11/20 to bring in and fix. So on the 20th I’m there T 7am for the fix. My guy calls me back and they were done with the truck but not fixed. They could not replicate the error and charged me another 105$. My issue was he had the error from the other service guy and we sat an appointment to fix on the 20th since the 1600+$ repair on 10/7/2023 did not fox the issue. I’m not clear why it was not fixed on the 20th. The black lady service leader did tell me if I bring it back to fix they will refund my $105 spent on the 20th without any fix. My issue was why not fixed on the 20th. Sorry for the long response but not happy with your service dept and not sure I want to bring it there for any future services. A call will expand this conversation.
Completed the repairs in a timely manner. Felt respected. The mechanic listened to my need and let me know the best possibilities and the worst possibilities that could occur when he looked into the repair.
In and out in about an hour. Very efficient.

I came in with a check engine light on. $389.00 paid for services and left with check engine light on and told to come back.
