I’ve had my car in 2x in the last -10 weeks. With diagnostic fees, repair, oil change, new battery, and labor, I’ve spent just under 2k only to be told today that the transmission on a 2018 with 56kmiles is gone and the minimum repair is 6k! Never during the previous 10 weeks was it mentioned my transmission was bad or even in need or maintenance.. There is something amiss here. I’ll stop just short of laying blame, but something amiss. This is essentially a one owner car. My elderly relative purchased it and within weeks passed bequeathing the vehicle to me. It’s been serviced and maintained routinely at the dealership. So say I’m beside myself would be an understatement. But, this too shall pass and I shall move forward with grace, dignity, and a new car. Not from Ford, but still a new car.

There was a long line and I thought it was going to take forever but the guy at the desk and the mechanic made everything run smoothly. There was coffee in the coffee pot which was nice. Although I did end up falling asleep in the waiting room.
Was greeted right away when entering the service department by Michelle. Lovely lady an so kind an helpful. My car was serviced very quickly . Casher was very kind an polite. Happy with my visit an will be back

Waited 2 hours just for an oil change because the dealership couldn’t approve the warranty that it was covered under. Eventually I had to call myself after waiting over 45 minutes to be updated by one of the service advisors on the situation. Next time will definitely be taking to a different location.

Service was excellent, everyone I spoke to was polite and guided me into where I was supposed to go. My car was also finished fairly quickly. Pickup was easy and quick, I really appreciated the in and out service.
