I thought he was to check tire pressure when rotating tires. Less than a week later, during a snow storm my tire pressure light came on. Three of the tires were 29 lbs and 1 was 23 lbs. I was in a situation where I couldn't pull over and had to drive home before checking.

Since we pushed the insurance company to authorize OEM parts for repair it took an exceptional amount of time to get all the parts. The service dept kept us informed frequently of promises and delays.
