It is always something different. Today oil life was rest but left old sticker on windshield. Most times it's not resting oil life. Just half a job gets done.

Tom Spencer is really an excellent service advisor. The policy that was required to pull completely good parts out of my Lincoln MKZ was however very disappointing. When a car is 13 years old with no warranty remaining. The Bob Thomas team should have been able to replace the PCM as a stand alone item. The requirements that Tom clearly explained is just unacceptable for a car with 100k miles on it. I will return because of Tom not your policies.

The guy at the counter was rude when he answered the phone initially, and he was rude when my daughter brought my car in. The system was down for over two hours. Ford Corporation said that when the car was brought in, there would be a diagnostic the shop would run and did not. I would not recommend anybody go to this center.
