There were a few things that were not completed that I asked to be done. When talking to the service guy, he was not focusing on me and my specific needs for my vehicle, he was doing everything else. Zero attention given to me
This service is bad, I don’t ever think I’m go to Bob Thomas Ford ever again because I was not satisfied with how they fix my vehicle. When I went to go pick up my car they didn’t fix anything and ask more money from me, I had to make a big fuss and told them to fix it right and they fix it but they just fix it for the time being and now my car volume only work up to 14 and they asking more money to fix that, I just think it’s **** you’ll didn’t satisfy how I wanted for my car and yet still asking for money! This place is just open to get money from people such a scam company that fix car!!!!!!!

Oil change was done promptly. Servce Manager answer the question I had. No one tried to sell something I didn't need. Thank you
I’m from Oregon while on trip to Indiana. I had various warning lights that kept coming on and off. and my cruise control kept kicking off. I have a 2021 E450 XL on my Jayco motorhome. Being from out of town I called to see if there was anyway I could get an appointment to get in to have it looked at and get an oil change. I explained my situation to Joe and he got us in first thing on Monday. He took care of the electronics issue in about two hours. I went to pick it up and he realized he had forgot have the the oil change and got it done quickly. I really appreciate the understanding and going out of his way to accommodate my wife and I. It showed us true Mid Western hospitality.
Time management is a wonderful thing and the young man doing the service on my car should be taught that instead of playing on his phone.
Very pleased with my service today.

Everything went well. Professional staff and even thought they were busy the oil change was done in a timely manner.
Truck was dropped off on a Friday afternoon you guys had the truck all week return the following Friday and it never even got fixed never even went into the service Bay had Appointment
I scheduled my oil change for 9:30 a.m. i arrived at least 5 minutes early and was checked in. The attendant said give us an hour and well have you on your way. At 11:00 i looked outside and noticed that my vehicle was still patked in the same spot. I asked the attendant if my oil change was done and he said that it has not been started. I reminded him that my apt. Was at 9:30. I believe the manager heard me and said he will get it right in. I believe i had been forgotten about? Twenty minutes later it was completed. It was a very frustrating visit.
Tom is always friendly and professional. I appreciate how well he and Michelle keep me posted with updates on the car and always make sure I can get my shuttle rides home.
