Second time this happened...make you need to check his work!
We have had an ongoing problem with a 2017 transit connect that only had 50,000 miles on it since April 2021. Ben unable to get any parts or satisfaction. Was told I would be called when a part was available, a year and a half later I’m now being told well I will never get one if I don’t pre-pay for it even though it is on back order with no possible delivery date. Super unhappy with a service super disappointed in Ford. I’m happy to discuss this with anybody who would like to talk about it. My phone number is ****-****-xxxx.

The cost to repair the heater fan was a lot more than I thought it would cost, but we had to repair the car as it is in the middle of winter.

Times are difficult and I understand the challenges business” face are difficult. That being said I was frustrated with the time line for getting my vehicle repaired The time line kept changing, partly because the part did not cone in till Friday afternoon. On Friday afternoon I was told the repairs could not be completed till Monday but was promised that the car would be one of the first cars in the shop on Monday morning and I would be able to pick up the car around lunch time. I made arrangements to be able to get the car and then on Monday morning at 7:00 am I received a text indicating my car was not going to ready till late Tuesday or possibly Wednesday. I was frustrated with the inconsistency in communication and feeling like others were taking priority over my vehicle. I feel bad that I got frustrated but when I am told my car will be ready on Monday and then it is moved to 1 to 2 days later it is not showing any respect for me and my responsibilities. Honesty and transparency are critical to build trust and confidence. Times have been challenging and I get that but the inconsistency in communication is not a product of the challenges we are facing. That is respect and courtesy! I have appreciated the staff and all they have done to assist me in my car needs. I would like to have the confidence to use your service department in the future.

We were very satisfied from taking our car in quickly to having service done in reasonable amount of time. Then helping with transportation in getting it home.
