I specifically asked that the air filter not be changed. My exact words were “just oil filter and oil change only, do not change the air filter” I signed for the bill without looking and discovered that the air filter was changed.

This was great service. I am from Kansas City traveling through the area visiting with my son. On the way here my power window was acting up. I called them and told them about the problem They told me to bring it in and they would fix it. I dropped it off the service personnel explained how the new trucks have a touch control on the window and you don’t have to hold the switch down. The 2022 truck is different from my old 2014. They repaired the truck in 30 minutes and I was on my way. This was a great service experience. My hat is off to this dealership. Thanks again for taking care of my problem and educating me on the new vehicle.
