I really liked Margarita, she is a credit to the service dept. When I picked up the car today, I was helped by someone else as Margarita was at lunch. She was nowhere near as friendly or personable. I stood waiting for a bit while another customer was being helped. I just wish that there was a friendly interaction at pickup, but the woman who helped me was not friendly. Competent, but not remotely friendly.

Glad that my AC works again and it falls under the warrantee so there’s no cost to me. The 4 hours wait was worthed. Good customer service as she explained exactly how long it would take to get my car ready. Thank you.

I was upset about waiting so long for the maintenance done on my car. After four hours I had to approach the manager to get an understanding of how long this particular process took and the details on why the mechanic needed to spend hours working. When I finally understood the logistics of this particular job, I was less anxious.

Tony was very helpful and professional. He was a big part of making the experience a good one. My only complaints are that even in spite of Covid it would be nice to find a way to offer water or coffee in the break area, or at least fix the vending machine. Secondly I wish the parts department had told me programming the key would be an additional fee just so there wasn’t that sticker shock when I came in. Otherwise a very good experience!

Tony made me comfortable with his friendliness and I knew he was going to take great care of my car. He called me and let me know it was under warranty and there would be no charge for my issue. I have had 3 Honda’s and had only been here once . He is a great Asset to Honda. I will be back .

I was quoted a time of 5 hours to complete my repair. I had an appointment at 8am placed one week in advance. I arrived back at 3:30pm asking what time my car was going to be ready as it was already 7 hours. Oscar let me know the part was supposed to be at 12pm but they haven’t brought it yet. I said okay so how much longer? He said 10 mins to just put the belt on. “When it arrives” so in other words there was no ETA for it to be completed because you don’t know when it’s going to arrive. 4:40pm my car was finally completed . No complimentary wash was completed and after reading the coupon for the maintenance 4 package I didn’t receive the “4 free movie tickets” that was on the coupon. I am highly disappointed with the wait the time and the lack to follow up with where this person was with my car part. I traveled 1 hour to come try and give you guys a chance to earn my service as a repetitive guest than my local Honda world but this was a poor experience.

I am extremely please with my service advisor, Tony Tran. I can’t put into words how pleased I am to have Tony as my service advisor. It is as if God hand picked Tony for me himself and said “Damion, this is the guy I am going to put into your life for you to take your elderly mother’s car to “. I want Tony Tran’s supervisor and their boss to know how beyond pleased I am with the quality of service I receive from Tony. I have found my guy. I hope he does not go to work for another car dealership because I will be back to square one trying to look for someone. When you have a great service advisor who has set the bar high and does exceptional work, find another is extremely hard. As a customer you get spoiled by having the best that the next person you find still does not live up to the person you had. For me, Tony is that guy. Tony my brother, if this email finds you some how, thanks a million buddy. As I told you to your face “ I appreciate you so much man “. Tony, thank you for seeing me as a customer and NOT as a dollar sign ????????????????????????????who’s sole purpose is to try and make the company money as someone of these service advisors out here be doing. To Tony Trans supervisor, who ever you are “ you have a extremely employee working for you. I just want you to know that “. Tony, I will see you in several months to bring my mom’s car in for her oil change etc etc.

The service rep (Oscar)was not very informative regarding my vehicle at all and would only tell me I don’t know how long it’s going to take. After waiting two hours, I approached his desk and in the middle of him eating his yogurt I asked him if he had any information about my vehicle and he just replied “no,I told you I don’t know how long it would take”. When another customer arrived he asked them if they would need a ride or a shuttle, which I then realized he never asked me if I needed a ride anywhere. I then asked a very nice female service rep for help and she was very helpful. Im not sure if Oscar was having a bad morning but his customer service should be a lot better

I don’t know Sean mcclelland- who’s that. Additionally tho- It is really sad to say that at this point I feel I need to deal with Arnie Quinonez just so that I don’t get totally ripped off by your whole team of shady mechanics and customer service agents. It’s disgusting how much you guys overcharge for repairs that’s assuming that the recommended repair is even really needed- I have never been that type of person that complains but the quality of service if not using a manager there now is absolutely terrible. I’m not even convinced that your mechanics are certified and they look like a bunch of convicts. I’m put it this way in the morning yesterday they said they felt the starter was bad on my car but then when I had further questions they did comprehensive checks and found out the starter was bad so they are just running a clown show with peoples hard earned money and I had to give Arnie the idea to make them do more thorough tests to find out the correct assessment
