Your shop is the only one I trust to do major mechanical work. I can't call it a complaint, but my last visit was to hook up my emergency brake cable and to diagnose my brake alarm going off. While you did give me a diagnosis and reset the alarm, you didn't hook up my emergency brake cable. I needed it hooked up, that was part of what I wanted fixed. I thought it was when I left the shop, but it's partially my fault for not checking it out before I left the shop.
Other than that, I have no complaints about your shop or dealership.

Left the keys in the overnight lock box for a 1:30 appointment on Friday I got there at 3:30 it wasn’t done keys were still in lock box. They got right on it and all is well

I thought about posting online but I felt I should contact you directly. The first oil change I was told that I did not schedule appropriately so there was no wash or sweep out. My bad... I understand. I made sure to schedule appropriately this time. I came in at 8:00 as requested and they came and told me the staff who provide this service don't come in until 9:00. I agreed to wait. When they told me I was done at a little before 10:00 I got in the car and it had not been swept out. I purchased an agreement and the woman selling it made these benefits sound great. I also asked to have the wiper checked. I looked on the paper work and there was no resolution suggested. This is my second service and so far I am not impressed.
