The have been a Kamaaina Nissan owner for 15 years. I have NEVER had the quality of service that John provided. Usually I have to call to see if the car is done... usually around 4:00. Only to have them
say “oh yea, it’s done”. he called and sent an email at as soon as it was done. No waiting. He was polite and competent and didn’t
waste my time before or after. A++++
John is really professional and do a great job.
There was so much to do but it all got
done in one day with the diligence of Cody Fujimoto and the awesome Nissan team.

While I was waiting patiently, cody checked up on me probably 45 minutes if I was doing okay and I said "yes, I'm doing good" and said thank you. Had other ways to keep me busy with brochures of vehicles and the specs etc... glad the workers helped me with my services I needed

Top notch service beginning with phone call to reschedule due to an emergency to check out. Very accommodating with customer satisfaction as a high priority. Superior staff and great team work. I am always happy!
All went well with our servicing. We were advised that an oil change was not needed, because of limited car use, which was nice to learn. Service was completed in the time frame given and questions we had about other issues were answered.
