The rep did not keep me informed. I sat over three hours before being offered a loaner. And only at the point at which they actually began to assess the repair work. I tried contacting the rep over 4 times and left repeated messages. The next morning and Hours after repeatedly calling. they went to physically find him. At that point, the rep said he got the message and said he’d call me back. But when I refused, I asked that I only wanted to know if my car was ready. He began telling me some major issues with the car, and when I asked him to clarify, he eventually realized he was speaking to the wrong person. Answering finally, that “oh yeah, tout are is ready”. Very unprofessional, lack of customer service experience, rude, and totally unhelpful. I will be going to another service station next time after coming to Millenium for a decade. Bye buy

Today’s visit, I had a very nice experience with Claritza Munoz Castillo. She was very helpful, dedicated to work & a very positive & friendly mind to help & consider customer’s issue. And even the mechanic who was assigned to my car, he was also very wonderful. But the total processing/wait time, my gosh, it was too for such a very little work. The wait time was really terrible, as always.
Yes Claritza is always going above and beyond to make sure we receive the best service. Always a delight to work with!!!
The issue with my tire ballancing was not corrected after bringing the car back a second time. Im not happy about having my time wasted.
