My advisor claritza was phenomenal and always a professional! She seems like she should be given a raise or a higher position. She commands the office and seems to be the go-to!
My only complaint is with hidden costs of millennium Honda at large and the lack of respect for veterans meaning no veteran discount. But the people that work on the floor do their job and treat people Appropriately.
The phone staff when you first call in could use some training on how to engage clients as well- they just seem rushed and not new to their positions. I hope this helps!

Everything was very professional and dealt w/ the utmost care & sincerity.
It was a great service everyone were very efficient.
I’m usually satisfied but today I waited 2 hours for a 30 mins job. And come to find out the mechanic only did 1/2 of the job. Maybe he misunderstood. But I was not satisfied with Honda Service today. My rep did good though.
