I had two phones from Cedric the first one being without an stride and the second one I received an attitude. When explaining what was wrong with my car I felt he was talking down to me which is why I refused to continue with my car being serviced there.
The bill says I declined some work. I was never informed of the additional needs.

I think I waited way too long for a oil change and inspection despite being one of the first 15 cars that morning. I was not even notified immediately when my car was done being serviced.
