Good service- great workers.
Greg was terrific. He followed up with us every step of the way to let us know what was going on with the car. However, before Greg took over, we had a terrible experience with Kevin. He kept the car for over a month even though we explained that my son needed the car back in two weeks or he would be fired from his job as a delivery driver. Nothing was done on the car for over 2 weeks until Greg finally took over and made sure the car was taken care of and done correctly. My son was ultimately fired from his job due to Kevin not doing anything with the car for weeks. Greg is a great employee. We were very unhappy with Kevin.
Cedric was very pleasant and professional, but I was overall not please with the wait time (about 2 hours for an oil change). This was obviously not Cedric's fault.
Dennis really went above and beyond to help me. He stayed after hours to make sure my car was serviced. I am very grateful he was there that day.

I’m always completely satisfied with my experience every time I bring my car to Millenium Honda for service. I owned a Dodge before my Honda and the difference between the service/staff is night and day. Millenium Honda knows how to treat their customers. Dodge certainly did not.

The mechanics didn’t communicate well enough with my service advisor, so I almost left with broken windshield wiper blades. The advisor and other staff members came to my aid and fixed the issue when I pointed it out to them.
Jennifer was very personable and very professional. She walked me through my car problem and showed how knowledableshe she was.
Nat was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The time that it took for my inspection was way too long given that I made an appointment and we’re in the middle of a pandemic.
Hassan was friendly. polite and professional and I am very satisfied with the service provided. In fact, I had a follow-up questions and he and Robert. the mechanic. took the time to test drive the car and then explain to me how the brake pedal mechanism works. Thank you for caring.
