I wasn’t totally happy with your appointment process. My appointment was 815 and I watched my car get pulled in to the garage at 9:08 When I asked the response I was given was it’s just to hold a spot I watched people that came after me come and go.
That never happened before and I have taken my car here many times.

I will not be completely satisfied anymore.
No amount of apology or making amends will appease me. I have concluded that the service in this dealership is poor. I cannot return my vehicle. And it’s not the vehicle that was the problem. My lesson learned in this transaction is not to bring future business in this dealership.
Car was done ontime, even fixed something I didn't know needed repair.

Mr. Manuel Herrera is a rude individual I called six times trying to talk to him they put me on hold at 15 to 20 minutes at a time I finally gave up this Honda dealership is giving Honda a bad name

The roof of the car was left dirty/ grease
My car smelled like grease for two days after my service.

I was clearly lied to by my service rep Jeffrey Alvarado
When presenting the identical ‘oil change/free tire rotation’ coupon to the one presented on 7/29/20 for our 2017 CR-V, I was charged $65.16 for the service when one month ago I was charged $43.40 ... respectfully, I consider it outrageous that in one month’s time I would be charged $21.76 more for exactly the same service offer. Additionally , when starting the vehicle I found controls touched that there was absolutely no reason to touch. Possibly something to do with the multi point inspection is why the air conditioning was left running, however there is absolutely no reason why both the “A” and “B” mileage readings were reset to “0” ... setting these readings are my personal choice and not something that was at all necessary to change for the service that was performed. Please feel free to respond ... particularly to the later point, as at the moment I am not in the least bit satisfied with yesterday’s service experience. Thank you.
