It isn't the service advisor. I am satisfied with the time promised. It was more like what happened to a complimentary car wash? And I never got a print out of the complimentary inspection that lets me know where my car stands in each category. How am I supposed to know what will need to be replaced?

I have been to other VW dealerships in the past and they have always given a military discount, my car was always returned to me washed, and the fact that this location didn’t offer these benefits was a big negative for me especially after spending over a thousand dollars.
