The service was fabulous! Twice, when it appeared that I was standing around, I was approached by two different representatives who redirected me to the correct counter... The second rep asked if had been helped and when I told him I was waiting for my car, he asked for my paperwork and offered to go get it at about the same time someone else was already on the way.
Ben Su was professional and polite and explained everything about the two things that were going to be looked at.

I’d like to commend jack on taking the extra time on answering my questions on services neede for my vehicle.
No need to call me as it is a never ending story. Ben Su who assisted me, was awesome not his fault, this issue was not handled by him in the past and he did what he could. I don’t really know if I would recommend Reynolds as since I have purchased my vehicle all I have had was issues. It is very inconvenient to go back and forth, employees calling off which happened twice, and I had to go back home after I had an appointment. Or no rental vehicle could be provide.
