Job was on a emergency basis, I had towed to your location on a Sunday. Job was done no issues as of yet. Only issue if any is text communication only goes one way. No response if I text back, only when I called.

Ben Su called and text me at 8:55 am to tell me my car was ready for pickup and it would take 15 minutes to clean. I arrived about an hour after that (9:50 am) and my truck was not ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes before my truck was pulled forward. During this Covid-19 time I don’t appreciate being told something that is not true and standing around groups of people. I am pasted 60 years old, I had cancer twice and my lungs have been damaged due to the chemotherapy I received. Please don’t make me wait at your dealership. Just tell me the truth and I will wait at home till it’s ready. ??

Jack Carter is an awesome employee. He made the whole process very easy & chill. He shared lots of cool funny stories from the moment I got there. He even recommended me to this awesome restaurant called Alpha Mega - went there as I was waiting for my car. I believe Reynolds is very lucky to have him. Tell Jack he has my gratitude. Peace.

I have shopped at Reynolds Buick for almost 30 years. I've never had any high pressure sales and I've bought multiple vehicles, parts and received service here. I'm always treated as a family member. Reynolds Buick is such a great facility and location I will never use any other car dealership.
