Glad to have competent help in service dept. The Quick Lane service did not have due diligence for many months, when I had them check my brakes. They misled me, kept saying brakes were ok, when they were not. It cost me more than necessary, which begs the question of ethics and training.

Estevan, was personable and answered all my questions. He was also able to offer me a loaner car, because my car would be unavailable for three days. I appreciated his assistance with the repairs on my Ford Escape.
