First time I had service. Took my car in right away and it was finished in less than an hour.
Very fast. Just wish a complimentary wash was included as Dallas Lincoln dealers do.

I live about 50 miles away so it is not convenient drop off my vehicle. Because of the COVID the indoor waiting area only has 2 chairs. There are chairs outside but no shade in the afternoon. I an elderly as were most the other people waiting. You need to provide better area’s for people to wait. Someone is going to have health problems with the environment you provide. By the way I was happy with the actual service to my vehicle.
My family and I have been loyal customers at Capital Ford for many years, and I for the very first time since I’ve been taking my vehicle in for servicing, was made to feel like a valued customer! Dominic has always been kind, attentive, and courteous, but on my last visit, I was pleasantly blessed by the special attention I was given! Thank you, and when it’s time to trade my vehicle in, I will return to Capital Ford to purchase my vehicle!
We brought our car in for a rubber smell and a gas smell. Spent $4400 to fix; this after finding $100s of over charges and services that couldn’t even be performed on our car, as it wasn’t equipped. Both issues are still present. Very, very dissatisfied. Will be adding google maps, yelp and corporate Ford reviews as such.
Have had your company service my truck since it was new and have always been satisfied with how quick your guys get it done.

Simon was very helpful in working with my 3rd party warranty provider. I was disappointed that it was not a Ford Motor warranty, but that was my fault for not checking with the Ford dealer In TX where I bought the truck. Simon was very gracious when I pulled the paperwork out of the glove box.
