esteban was great!! really did his best to take care of me. reason im not satisfied is that when i picked up the truck and started driving home, the transmission had some kind of episode; shifting randomly and then stuck in third. i stopped, turned around and went back. told the gentlemen in the service bay about it and he promptly got a mechanic to look at it, but they both acted suspicious as if i was trying to pull something fishy. they said they found no codes and sent me on my way. the truck is now shifting hard and doesnt "feel right" this had nothing to do with Estevan or the reason i took it in in the first place, but the second guy and the mechanic were really dissapointing. i need to get my truck fixed, but i dont want to be treated like im trying to pull something on the dealership. i know it had nothing to do with the work that was done.

Labor of $48.95 to replace cabin air filter seems a bit much. Also the suggested return time of January and 59000 miles does not match the suggested book values of 10000 miles or 1 year. Suggested ~$500. to replace rear shocks is a no go.
