The people have tried to be helpful. Loaner car arrangement has been fine. But very difficult to understand why Capitol Ford has not been able to get a part for four weeks. Also, difficult to understand why the car has a major malfunction at six months. Do we have a lemon? Many unanswered questions and not able to enjoy our new car - but making monthly payments.

Simon greeted me as I drove in, showed me to the lounge, stopped by at one point to let me know all was on schedule, and when my car was ready, he walked me to the car, helped me in, and wished me a good day. It is so great to have that kind of attitude, which seems so rare these days.
