You did nothing to actually help me at all and you didn't even bother to answer the phone the MULTIPLE times we called to try to get things figured out. I will never recommend a Ford vehicle again after the absolutely appalling service we have received in New Mexico. I hope that my one star rating on Google brings your rating down because this is the worst excuse for a Ford service department I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
