Once again I had An excellent experience with Capital Ford’s Service Department. I made an appointment on Tuesday for 9:30am Wednesday. I told Bart White, the Service Manager, that I had a tight schedule and he said they could start work immediately on the minor warranty work. I was on my way by 10:00am. This team cares about its customers and believes in forming relationships. I fully trust them and I won’t buy my Fords or have them serviced anywhere else.

My leased 2018 Ford Escape after it needed a new short block due to a catastrophic recall breakdown. On Saturday the August 22 the car jerked a few times. On Sunday the 23 I was going to take the care to Albuquerque but the car jerked a few times and the engine light when on after a few sexist went off so I did not trust the car to drive to Albuquerque. I did not drive the car Monday. I left a message for Paul the service Manager. I haven’t heard back yet. Rose Ann L
