I have been terribly disappointed with Simon’s service. First of all, I was asked to take my truck without a remedy and was told that nothing could be done, then my calls never were returned. Month and a half later still waiting for my truck. Again calls are not returned on trying to get parts sooner. One of my worst service experiences ever. I will be writing a review soon.

I was late and I called but they just didn’t seem friendly. I walked in and I tried to explain and it was like okay u just need an oil change I was like I need a 10,000 mile maintenance and it was like yeah and I could bearly ask about the points then I get a textThat my points were used. And then I’m not sure they rotated the tires. And the sticker for the supposedly oil change was put on my car I finally found it on the side in the cupholder . I know I didn’t buy it here but I wanted to start bringing here since closer but not sure now.

I called on Tuesday to replace a damaged tire. First available appointment was Thursday morning. Arrived for my appointment, tech agreed the tire needed to be replaced, then informed me I had to return the next day as you did not have the tire in stock. Why didn't the coordinator have me come in Tuesday or Wednesday for the tech to confirm the tire needed to be replaced so they could have the tire in stock for my appointment?
Returned the next day to have tire replaced. After the replacement was completed, got into my truck and warning light reported the replaced tire had 4 psi. Why wouldn't the person driving the truck from the garage to customer service not notice the warning.
Your people are very polite, but you need to work on your systems.
How did a 250$ estimate turn into $1700? Dominic did a great job for CF but our family left your dealership shell-shocked, disappointed and broken.

Not satisfied i dropped off my car to have oil changed & also to have the recall fixed anti lock brake module reprofram & cut 2nd key those are done, Alot of parts are on back order such as air filter cabin filter & drink holder & window switch. Dominic did not notify me that my car was done & ready to be picked up i had to call him also my car was not sanitized when i picked up the car right before they closed.
Paul and Mike were great. They gave us great personal service.
