John was great at being able to get me new tires to install the next day, and also to get my vehicle serviced quickly,
The service rep Simon was great, had loaner vehicle ready when arrived and came out to my vehicle after the repair so I didn't have to come in.
I appreciate John, who I only spoke with on the phone to get my tires in the next day. I told him I had been working with Crystal, whom I have been helped by numerous occasions before. Being a long standing customer for many years. I have to commend Crystal for being such an informative, delightful, & truly a professional when I always get my vehicles serviced. I believe she is a very valuable & integral part of your team...110% outstanding customer service!
Received a phone call and text from Mr. Lucero updating me when the job was complete. He was friendly and professional.

Well I did ask why my front windshield fluids did not work correctly. He said it would be topped off, and nothing was noted. Well it still isn't working and now I have to take time and go to the service department Friday afternoon.
I regret Every going to Capital Ford and for placing my trust in them!! I officially will Never trust a mechanic from Capital Ford, and don't get me started in the horrible Customer Service of that so Called" Service Manager" Victor!! Never Again!
