I've been back three times. Your Quick Lane is the service that I should have gotten the first time. They have aired up the tires and re-balanced all four new tires to get rid of the terrible vibration that your service left me with. The oil that has been leaking onto my driveway since the day you changed the oil and filter, has been diagnosed by Quick Lane. The oil is squirting out around the crank seal. I can't afford a fifth or sixth trip to Santa Fe right now. I got the seal repaired at my local shop, and would appreciate Capital Ford Service Department helping me out with future service, at your Quick Lane. The service from your regular department is costing me double in time and money.
