Service staff are professional and courteous. However there should be better signage in waiting room about customers complying with COVID safety requirements. I felt vulnerable because one customer was not properly wearing a face mask. Thank you for making this a priority for people who enter the building.
Capital ford service is great!
Dealership personnel were friendly and helpful. Truck got us home to CA but won't start when the engine is hot. Ran batteries dead on Thursday and had to call a tow to jumper us trying to start after filling at a gas station. Happened again when we stopped in CA for lunch on Friday.
