We took in the vehicle because the driver seat lumbar wasn't working. Dropped off the vehicle with the understanding it was going to be worked on, got a call stating the part needs to be ordered, come pick up your vehicle. We live about 40 miles (35 minutes) out. We are still waiting on a call to say part is in its been over two weeks.

Customer service at the front desk was great. My only issue is the tech who tended to my truck left what I'm assuming is a sanitizing wipe thrown on the floor board. He also left the center consol arm rest full of dirt.
