Estelle was very thorough in her explanations to me, the work on the car was done in a timely manner and I left knowing the timing for m my next service visit. I am always pleased with the service I receive at your facility.

Janice was fantastic! I’ve been bringing my car to the Hartford Toyota Superstore for years. She was the only one that offered to give me a hub cap. A hub cap that has been gone for years.
I’m a female who, sad to say, knows nothing about cars. Nor do I know where to get certain things. Offering that service was something I would have never thought to bring up.
It was actually pretty embarrassing.
Unresponsive sales team. Zero communication, the car sold itself because of my interest. Never even met the sales manager. No options for financing. Customer service is not a priority here. Brought my car back regarding issues. Car was kept all day just for them to tell me they didn’t do anything. Brought vehicle to Volkswagen dealership and got a proper diagnostic of what the car needs, confirmed with certified dealer regarding issues. Failed alignment test, needs brakes, tires are damaged with uneven wear, etc.. hesitant to bring car back because of previous experience. Will not be referring business here.
Service was fast and completed.
I really appreciated that even I didn't have a appointment, she made her best to help me with my emergency battery issue.
