No need to contact me. Frustrated with your computer system and record keeping process that creates a lot of extra time to figure things out. It’s the same thing every time we come for service. Estelle is great about it and works through it. The same cannot be said for other service techs there.

Bo was very professional, polite, honest & helpful. I took up quite a bit of his time and I could see he was kind of tired but he answered all my questions , never got impatient with me.
