Steve was polite and helpful. My service involved my radio that has been an issue for awhile. Steve told me that it had been fixed and I paid the service fee but tested it on my way home and it was not fixed. The problem was with it shutting off every 5 minutes and resetting. I think the service dept updated software but did not test it to see that it cleared the problem before I left the dealership. I was very disappointed. I feel like Steve should have verified with service before sending me on my way. I literally had the radio on for a few minutes after I got on the highway before it shut off. $70 plus dollars spent for what?

Me. Myta was prepared to assist us with the RAV4 ,in terms of replacement of front and rear brake pads .He took the time to look for cost savings available within Hartford Toyota. He understood that our budget is presently very limited.

The service advisor was really nice and considerate, therefore I have zero complaints in regards to him. I had two issues I needed to get get resolved, one was my 5k service, the next was wind noise, this was the third time it has been in for wind noise. I brought my car in at 715 for an 730 appt and I didn’t get it back till 9 am. In that hour and 45 minutes no one went to test drive. No one bothered to talk to me about the wind noise instead I was told that when I have more time to come back, it doesn’t take that long for a 5000 mile service there should’ve been plenty of time to check for wind noise but no one came to talk to me. All my report said was that previously I have come in for wind noise, but with the report didn’t tell you it was at the previous time I came in for a noise I was brushed off as well And that the techs couldn’t duplicate it. But if someone were to talk to me during my hour and 45 minutes at the dealership, I would’ve gladly gone on a test drive, but again I was told there wasn’t enough time in the come back when I have more time which I think again in an hour and 45 minute visit is kind of unacceptable considering the service only really consisted of fluids in a tire rotation.

Estelle was extremely helpful with prioritizing the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. She communicated with me in a timely manner. The offer of the Uber hone was much appreciated. She was respectful and courteous at all times. I will request her in the future

I started my car this morning and it had all sorts of alarms. My best friend flies up from Florida tomorrow and I need to drive her all around and then lend her the Toyota. I was rushed in this morning and my car was serviced immediately. The whole problem was I hadn't closed the gas cap lol. I am so thankful that Toyota of Hartford was able to get me in quickly and help put my mind at ease for the coming days
