I brought my car in for a regular oil change. When they finish I was call to get the car and they informed me that somehow they broke part of my steering wheel. I was shown the part of where the phone control were in pieces. I had to wait for them to look where to get the parts and had to schedule to bring the car in 5 days until they receive the new part. Awaiting scheduled date to get done.
