Steven Eliot did fine. However, a female Service agent working for you needs further training. Don’t know her name. I had an appointment for 4 new tires on a Saturday. I called *5* days in advance to assure that the 4 tires would be available. She checked the stock and PROMISED me 4 tires would be available for my appointment. I show up Saturday — ONLY 2 tires available. Had to have 3 days of inconvenience due to her inexperience in making sure the *4* tires were available as PROMISED. A VERY inexcusable and unnecessary inconvenience when I did EVERYTHING possible on my end and your service rep failed her job.

Attendant that took care of me was supposed to emai picture's of the tires being balanced but never did also he explained there was one tire that could've been bad.at the end of the day I ended up paying almost 300$ for my tires being balanced mostly for labor. When in the first place I told them that could've been the problem. Absolutely ridiculous
