I felt like my issues with the car were assumed before having it looked at. They do not go above and beyond to actually solve the problem. Many excuses were Made as to why things could not be done. For example “you should wait to have all the services done at once” when I was willing to fix one issue and solve the other issue few days later. After they agreed to fix once issue turns out the one doing the services decided not to because they can’t get to it or “now something is damaged internally” to stop the calibration. This goes back to the excuses and mislead information. I feel robbed of $180 which was just the price of the diagnoses alone …. I felt with lights still on and my issues unsolved. The body/condition of the car should not matter especially if they are not the ones who take care of it.

So far so good hopefully I don’t disappoint on my satisfaction after today…I just got my vehicle back today got to use it for a while to really know.. But Steve is not a repair guy..changing new tires and brakes ect..
His service on offering sale is Great he not a pusher he let me decided on what I needs and answers all my questions and concerns very truthfully I like that..plus he does not have an attitude when I changed my mind after he has help me set up my order..to a different order..
