There was some confusion on the amount of time the service was going to take.
Bo went above and beyond which allowed me to get the service I needed.
With employees like Bo I will be returning for more services
They were pretty quick and went over what was done to my car. And I liked that I got an estimate of what it will cost me at my next visit at 30,000 miles so I can budget accordingly.
Bo was great but the person who scheduled service told me it would take an hour and it was closer to 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Need to more accurately assess the wait time. Otherwise everything was great.

I had a lot of questions about the work that the technician recommended I have done. Kyle did an excellent job explaining to me why it was necessary and/or advisable. He also made me aware of a couple of discounts I could use to reduce the bill a bit.
I had an appointment for oil change and sat over 2 hrs for it to be done , I’m not bringing my car there again , I’ve been taking my car there over year now
Steve was helpful and did his best to reduce the cost of my repairs. In addition, he assisted me in picking up my vehicle from my home during the Covid 19 pandemic. I really appreciated this service.
I brought my car to have a service done and have the A/C system checked because it was making noise the other day. Kyle and team did a great job in being thorough to try and recreate the problem, which unfortunately did not re-occur. But I appreciate his efforts to try and get to the bottom of my complaint.

Steve Elliot was a pleasure to deal with. Steve was a true professional. Kindly told me I may have a two hour wait because it was busy. Saying that didn't have me in limbo. The Toyota team had me out in just over an hour. Steve answered all my questions without hesitation. Then after my service explained what was done. Simple. That's what it's about.
